To keep the body healthy you should eat properly because if it does not eat properly, then your body does not receive the nutrients needed to keep the body healthy and that the body has the fuel into energy needed to perform various activities in performing various activities

Today there are many types of foods sold around us either harmful or beneficial for the body to the body and therefore you need to choose carefully the type of food will be consumed for the body to stay healthy, such as the liver is loaded with iron which is good for blood, but if too much is consumed it is not good for your body for example Fruits and vegetables are good for you, but then again not too much because the fruit will turn into sugar and that’s not good for the body,  you can eat also vitamin supplement, but it is better to eat fresh food, because it is easier because it is more easily absorbed by the body, and minimize the chemicals enter the body, and so on

If not careful you can get high cholesterol from the foods you consume have been widely known as high cholesterol can lead to hardened arteries, followed by a heart attack or stroke.
